By accessing or using knowthelot.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
knowthelot provides aggregated Florida property data sourced from public government records including county property appraisers, building departments, FEMA, and other public agencies. The Service is intended for informational purposes only.
3. Data Accuracy
All data is sourced from public records and is provided “as is.” knowthelot makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant government agency before making any real estate decision.
4. Permitted Use
The Service is licensed for personal and professional use by licensed real estate professionals and investors. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the data to build a competing service without written permission.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Free plans are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual; for any unlawful purpose; to scrape or bulk-download data; or to circumvent usage limits via automated means.
7. Limitation of Liability
knowthelot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any data provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
